本梯次可受理於114年01月01日至05月31日「出發」的海外活動。
This round can accept overseas activities "departing" from January 1 to May 31, 2025.
除第一梯次外，其他梯次恕不接受『追溯申請』，申請時請務必留意。
It is unable to apply retrospectively except for the FIRST round each year.

All undergraduates and graduate students of NTU Physics, Astrophysics & Applied Physics can apply for this grant.

1. 交換生 Student Exchange（尚於交換生申請程序中者亦可提出）
2. 海外短期研習 Short-term Overseas Research
3. 其他特殊原因（如：出席國際會議） Other Special Circumstances (Attending International Conferences, etc.)

1. 理學院相關要點內所註明的核定金額僅為參考（上限），實際核發金額將依每年經費多寡及申請人數而有所變動，無法接受者請勿申請。
The amount of subsidy in the regulations is for reference only. The actual amount may vary depending on the amount of funding and the number of applicants.
2. 依理學院規定，獲得補助出席國際會議者，不得同時領取其他補助 。
According to the regulations, those who receive subsidies to attend international conferences are not receive any other scholarships, grants, or financial assistance while receiving funding from the present grant.
3. 獲得補助者，請領時所需使用之各項證明皆必須繳交正本。
Awardees must submit all the original certificates required when applying.
4. 依理學院要求，凡申請本獎學金補助出席國際會議之『研究生』，皆需先行／同時申請國科會「補助研究生出席國際會議」。
Applicants must apply for "Subsidy for Domestic Graduate Students to Attend International Academic Conferences" to the NSTC in advance or at the same time.
5. 獎學金補助核定名單將會在理學院審核結束後公告於物理系網頁，並於系網頁公告後一週內以學號E-MAIL進行通知，請務必留意系網頁公告及個人學號信箱 。
The list of subsidies will be announced on the Department of Physics website after the review by the College of Science, and will be notified by (student number) E-MAIL within one week after the announcement on the department website. Please be mindful the announcements on the department website and your student mailbox.
