以上同學將由系辦公室寄送通知至『學號E-mail』，請同學務必留意信件，並請備妥請領所需文件及相關證明，於信內註明之請領截止期限前向系辦公室申請請領，系辦公室將不再另行提醒（若自本公告發佈日起一週後仍未收到請主動向系辦公室詢問）。

Please pay attention to the letter, prepare the required documents and relevant certificates, and submit to the department office before the deadline. We will not give you another reminder. ※ 依理學院規定，獲得補助出席國際會議者，不得同時領取其他補助。
According to the regulations, those who receive subsidies to attend international conferences are not receive any other scholarships, grants, or financial assistance while receiving funding from the present grant.
※ 依NSTC規定，學員於補助期間，不得同時支領政府所資助之其他赴國外研修公費、獎助學金或出席國際會議相關費用。
Under NSTC regulations, recipients may not concurrently receive other government-funded support for overseas study, scholarships, or international conference participation.
※ 欲放棄本次補助者，請務必填妥『同意放棄聲明書』並送交至系辦公室。
Those who intend to waive the subsidy, please be sure to fill out the "Termination Consent Form" and submit it to the department office.
